A defined collaboration, workshop, showcase or recording with written permissions and credits.
Connect ↗03 / ARTIST PATHWAY
A responsible pathway from first conversation to mentorship, project participation and—only where formally approved—a written artist agreement.
Sync Souls Music is not presently presented as a record label, publisher, agency or management company. “Artist signing” is a future possibility that requires legal, financial and governance approval—not a website promise.
Our first responsibility is to help artists clarify their voice, goals, audience, creative materials and readiness. Future development may include repertoire conversations, performance coaching, songwriting or production labs, brand-story development, rights education, live presentation and music-video concept development.
Any future agreement must be in writing and explain scope, term, services, ownership, licenses, approvals, credits, compensation or revenue participation, expenses, delivery requirements, termination and dispute procedures. Artists will be encouraged to obtain independent legal advice before signing.
A defined collaboration, workshop, showcase or recording with written permissions and credits.
A time-limited learning and creative plan; not automatically exclusive representation.
A specific paid or supported work under a documented scope, budget and rights arrangement.
Only through a separately reviewed written agreement and approved organizational structure.
Artists retain rights unless a signed document clearly provides otherwise. Recording, photography, filming, distribution and promotional use require appropriate permission. Credits should be accurate, culturally respectful and agreed before release.
For minors, parent or guardian consent, age-appropriate scheduling, privacy safeguards, approved adult supervision and limits on image or personal-data use are essential. Selection will never require payment unless a future program clearly and lawfully discloses a fee.
